Dear Tony, Stephanie, and George: I heard about Metropolitan Auto Body through my friend Tim that called them to help me get a quote. From the beginning to the end of my business with them, they have been wonderful. Everyone has been so courteous and professional. I was so stressed out about someone trying to break into my car, but you made the whole process very simple. You even helped me make phone calls to the rental car place and helped me sort the issue out with my insurance company. I felt that you took complete ownership for what someone else did to my car and it took the weight right off my shoulders. You have been efficient every step of the way in notifying me of the process and the next step. I really felt like I was in good hands. You even offered me lunch when I first brought in my car to the shop, because of all the stress I had not eaten that day. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the level of service and also the work done on my car it was great! Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. To Metropolitan Auto Body, I would like to start by saying I moved here a little over 2 years ago, I bought my car because it is my dream car and since they don't make them anymore it is now a collectors item. She is my pride and joy, since I have been here and needing some help on my car from mechanical to body work, I have been scammed, lied to and taken advantage of. I was referred to you and I would like to take the time to say it is so refreshing to finally have someone I can truly trust to work on my car, Tony and John thank you so much for your Honesty, Warmth, Caring and Kindness. You did the most incredible job on my car, she looks like it just came off the showroom floor! I was very pleased with my experience with your company for the staff was friendly and professional. My brand new vehicle went in on a Monday and (as guaranteed) was available for pick-up by that Friday; looking as it did the day I left the dealership. I am very pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Metropolitan Auto Body Shop. They were very professional and organized in handling the needs of my car, especially Tony & Stephany. They provided me with quality care and honesty, which, from previous experiences, is very hard to find. They took care of everything for me from the beginning to the end. Tony & Stephany went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. They took care of my car rental and had it ready for me, which was unexpected. It showed me they are dedicated to serving their customer?s needs. Furthermore, I put my trust in Metropolitan because I?ve been to many body shops and not one of them showed me professionalism, honest, or quality work that this place has shown me. They were able to match the paint color, and make my car look brand new! And most importantly, my car was finished in a timely manner. After my car was in an accident it looked like a lost cause. I put a lot of time and effort to give my car personality. I had custom body parts on it and I was in fear that I would have to change the overall appearance of my ride. I spent the time to look for a body shop with good reviews that I could trust. After talking with Tony, I had confidence that my ride was going to come back to me as ?my ride.? Not only were the custom parts restored as they were, but all the detailing was there as if the accident never happened. I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat. They kept me informed and they stayed true to their word from start to finish. It would be a pleasure to do business with this shop again, just under different circumstances (haha).
